Refund Policy
At Yulia Yoga, we strive to offer high-quality classes, workshops, and retreats while maintaining fairness to all clients and instructors. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Regular Classes

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward another class.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

Class rescheduling may be possible with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Class Passes and Packages

All class passes and multi-class packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Passes are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period at the time of purchase.

Extensions or exceptions may be granted in cases of illness or other exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Yulia Yoga.
Workshops and Events

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

Bookings may be transferred to another participant if notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance.

If a workshop or event is cancelled by Yulia Yoga, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
Retreats

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Full payment is typically due 30 to 60 days before the retreat begins (this will be specified at booking).

Cancellations:

More than 60 days before the start date: refund of any payments made, less the deposit

30–59 days before: 50% refund of total retreat cost, less the deposit

Less than 30 days before: no refund available

Bookings are transferable to another participant with prior written notice and approval.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for unexpected cancellations.
Cancellations by Yulia Yoga
If a class, workshop, event, or retreat must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum participant requirements not being met, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
