• Sunset meditation on the deck

Day 3: Fire & Energy

• Invigorating power flow to awaken inner fire

• Guided snorkel trip to Manta Bay (optional)

• Workshop How to Build a Home Yoga Practice

• Restorative yoga with pranayama

Day 4: Heart & Harmony

• Gentle heart-opening Hatha class

• Visit to Yellow Bridge & local temple offering ceremony

• Workshop: Balinese Offerings & Cultural Meaning

• Evening Cacao ceremony or sound healing

Day 5: Strength & Stillness

• Functional yoga fusion (yoga + bodyweight strength)

• Free time / beach & villa pool chill

• Creative journaling or vision board workshop

• Evening Yoga Nidra under the stars

Day 6: Flow & Release

• Creative Vinyasa + free movement flow

• Optional: Paddle boarding or massage at the villa

• Final workshop Setting Intentions Beyond the Retreat

• Sunset gratitude circle on the beach

Day 7: Closure & Departure

• Morning flow & closing meditation

• Farewell tropical brunch
