Day 1: Welcome & Arrivals

  • Guest arrivals & Herbal welcome drinks

  • Gentle arrival yoga (slow flow & grounding)

  • Thai Fusion Welcome Dinner

  • Opening Circle & Retreat Intention

Day 2: Temple Spirit & Inner Flow

  • Morning yoga (hips + heart opener)

  • Visit to Wat Plai Laem & Big Buddha with local guide

  • Restorative yoga + guided meditation

  • Thai dinner and drinks at Four Seasons

Day 3: Ocean & Stillness

  • Detox yoga by the sea (twists & breathwork)

  • Longtail boat ride to Koh Tan: snorkelling & nature walk

  • Free time for journaling or rest

  • Yin yoga + Meditation

  • Sunset dinner by the beach

Day 4: Local Life & Inner Listening

  • Mindful movement & pranayama

  • Thai cooking class & local market visit

  • Yoga Nidra (deep yogic rest)

  • Dinner

  • Peaceful sound healing before bed and downtime

Day 5: Nature & Balance

  • Sunrise beach walk & standing meditation

  • Slow flow yoga with balance poses

  • Visit to Nikki Beach club

  • Thai massage session or pool time

  • Restorative yoga & journaling

  • Thai BBQ dinner (veg options available)

Day 6: Integration & Celebration

  • Gentle flow yoga

  • Free time to explore the island and do shopping

  • Pre-lunch sound healing session

  • Closing ceremony yoga & Cacao ceremony

  • Final celebration dinner with Thai dance performance

Day 7: Departure

  • Gentle stretch & farewell circle
